All prices are in pesos.  Welcome to our freshly renovated Villa 2!  With a fun modern Mexican design, you can relax in style and comfort.  Located on the main level, our one bedroom villas share a balcony walkway overlooking the pool area.  Each villa is light filled, thanks to the large sliding glass doors.  Villa 2 has 2 matrimonial (double) beds in the private bedroom, and a small sleeper sofa in the living space.  There is wall mounted smart TV in the bedroom.  Enjoy a delicious meal prepared in your own kitchen with 2 burner induction cook top, microwave and refrigerator.  All Villas also have toasters and blenders in addition to standard food preparation equipment as well as plates, glasses and flatware.  The new renovation features custom mosaico wall details in the kitchen and bathroom as well as granite counter tops and new plumbing fixtures throughout the space.

In the bedroom you will find 2 matrimonial sized beds, space to store your belongings as well as a TV.

In the bedroom you will find 2 matrimonial sized beds, space to store your belongings as well as a TV.

All prices are in pesos.  Villa 4 is an end unit Villas which affords a little more privacy. The living space is smaller than some of our other villas, but still boasts a kitchenette, dining space as well as a loveseat. Freshly renovated to include beautiful parota cabinetry and granite countertops, This light and bright space is ready for your relaxing vacation time!

In the bedroom there is a king bed as well as a dedicated desk space and SmartTV.

All prices are in pesos.  Welcome to Villa 5!  Newly renovated with granite counters, parota cabinetry and custom design details, Villa 5 is a feast for your eyes! This two bedroom, one bath villa is located on the second floor of the building, accessed by central staircase.  As with all of our villas, Villa 5 have a small kitchen with dining area and living space.  Each Villa is also equipped with a private bath and stocked with fluffy towels, Turkish towels to take to the beach and basic toiletries.

The two bedroom villas have a small bedroom with one matrimonial bed and access directly onto the private balcony overlooking our sparkling pool.  The second bedroom has 2 matrimonial beds as well as 2 individual beds, room for everyone!  In Villa 5 there is also a twin sized sofa bed in the living area.

Plenty of space to relax and recharge after a day exploring Chacala or adventuring further afield!

All prices are in pesos.  Our smaller 2 bedroom villa still has room for the family!  The larger bedroom has 2 matrimonial sized beds with comfy mattresses and all linens provided.  The front bedroom has a matrimonial bed and opens directly on to your Villa's private balcony, an individual bed is tucked away underneath and can be rolled out when needed.

In the main living area you can spread out and make yourselves comfortable in the open concept living/dining area, or whip up something to eat in the kitchen area.  But lets be honest, you're here on vacation, you want to enjoy all the delicious food at the restaurants!  A full sized fridge means there is plenty of room to keep those left overs for a midnight snack!

All prices are in pesos. Villa 8 is located on the top (3rd) floor, and has room for 8 guests in 2 bedrooms with one bathroom.  With comfortable Mexican styling, you can relax in the living area and catch a movie on the large TV, or whip up a snack in the well equipped kitchen.  Both bedrooms have 2 matrimonial sized beds, included are fluffy bath towels, Turkish towels to take to the beach as well as basic toiletries.  Villa 8 does NOT have a balcony but it is only one set of steps up to the delightful shared roof terrace with loads of lounge and dining space, with an ocean view!

All prices are in pesos.  Located on the third floor with ocean and town views, this studio has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.  We've completed a renovation with stunning traditional mosaico tile, complementing with custom parota cabinetry.  All with a modern luxurious twist!  Time spent in this private studio apartment will surely feel relaxing!

Only one floor above is the shared roof terrace with 360 degrees views of the ocean, town and surrounding hillsides.  With plenty of space to lounge alone, or with friends.
