CANCELLATION: As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION VIA HOW YOU MADE THE RESERVATION. If you reserve through our website or over the phone/WhatsApp, you can send us an email/WhatsApp message. If you reserve via Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB etc you are REQUIRED to cancel through them. The cancellation policy can vary slightly depending on how you made the reservation.
Basic cancellation policy: All cancellations are subject to a fee of the cost of the first nights stay including taxes and fees, per booked room. In advance of 14 full days prior to arrival date - Refund of deposit minus the first night. Within two weeks from arrival - Refund of deposit based on our ability to resell your room(s) minus the first night. Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy. Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms. All cancellations must be provided in writing/via email. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days, however it may take up to a week for funds to be returned to your account based on the banks/credit cards processing times.
SMOKING: As of January 15 2023 it is against the law to smoke in hotels, bars and restaurants and in any public areas including beaches and plazas. We ask that all of our guests obey the laws of Mexico when on our property for the enjoyment of all of our guests. If you violate this policy you may be assessed a $1000 peso cleaning fee.
PETS: With prior authorization some pets may be allowed with a pet surcharge. At no time is a pet permitted to be in a room alone. You are responsible for any damage the pet causes. The pet is not allowed to be loose on the property.
CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in time is 2:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after 8pm. Arrangements will be made to meet you when you arrive.
PARKING: Street parking is available to our overnight guests.
All guest rooms require climbing/descending at least 4 stairs. There is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly.
OTHER: Items left behind cannot be sent to you, as the postal service is very unreliable. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc.,
